FAQs

Are you a sports psychologist?

No I’m not. I work with a new understanding of psychology known as the 3 principles. Where as psychology looks to equip you with tools and techniques to help you cope with your current circumstance or problem I essentially work in reverse.

Ludwig Wittgenstein said that “A man will be imprisoned in a room with a door that's unlocked and opens inwards; as long as it does not occur to him to pull rather than push.”

Now if we put a tiger in the room with you traditional psychology might offer you a chair, tiger training techniques or camouflage. All useful but at the end of the day you’re still stuck in a room with a tiger.

I work to help you see that you can pull the door and walk out.

What qualifications & Experience do you have?

I was also coached by the UK’s foremost high jump coach for 13 years.
